Caring Staff
Staff, are recruited for their qualifications, professionalism and experience. We look for what they can offer the children. They must have enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine love of children.
High Ratio of Qualified Staff
We keep a high ratio of qualified staff to children ensuring that your child receives the individual care and attention they need.
All staff are trained up to the Bambinos standards and regularly reviewed for update training and development of additional skills.
Partnerships With Parents & Carers
We promote and maintain a partnership with parents and carers to take part in nursery life when possible.
Parents and carers are welcome to come into the nursery to spend time with their children if at all possible.
We are keen to discuss your child's progress and provide opportunities for parents to talk with their child's
keyworker either before or after sessions.
We provide a parent's notice board and produce a monthly newsletter to keep parents informed with information and projects.

Your child's nursery "contact book" serves as a two-way means of passing on information and helps you to share in your child's experiences each day. We organise parent evenings with your child's keyworker and aspire to offer a personalised relationship with each family.
Any comments you have are important to ensure we continue to meet your requirements. You can talk directly to the nursery Manager, the nursery Deputy, or the senior member of staff in your child's room.
Alternatively you can arrange a convenient time to discuss any issue with the Director of Child Care, Sara Caldwell, or the Principal, Alison Lane. All comments will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. |
